An INTRODUCTION MATERIAL CREATED ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR PRODUCT IN JAPANESE – something that is essential when starting business in Japan.
3 BUSINESS MEETINGS with the most promising Japanese target companies identified in the market research mentioned above. Don’t worry about the language barrier – we will be there to support your communication in English and Japanese!

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER
We are waiting for applications from companies that fit ALL the requirements listed below:
Your company must be registered and must have its headquarters in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
Your company must employ at least 25 employees.
Your company’s turnover must be above EUR 1.5 million in the 2023 financial year.
Your company must have at least 1 reference client/project in the EU, the UK or in the US that you can disclose information of.
In case any of these conditions are not fulfilled, we will not be able to accept your application to the campaign.
WINNER CONDITIONS
In case your company is selected as the WINNER of our ECO campaign, you must accept the following terms for us to proceed with providing our service prizes mentioned above.
You need to provide detailed information about your product/service so we can represent you in the most efficient way on the Japanese market.
Sudy & Co. will use your company’s success story for its own marketing purposes. This means we will upload articles to our homepage and social media about the journey of your Japanese market entry. Of course, we will get your approval about the aforementioned materials before publishing them, and we will refrain from sharing any confidential information.
You need to appoint a person in your company who is going to support all Japan related sales activities we initiate. Japanese clients and partners may have questions about your company’s product/service that will have to be answered in a timely manner, and it’s easier for us to communicate with 1 contact person when it comes to urgent matters.
After the provision of the service prizes detailed above, you may continue using our company services if necessary (e.g. supporting your communication with Japanese partners, local sales support with the help of our Tokyo colleagues etc.) at a retainer fee or a one-time price. We can provide a quotation based on your needs at that time.
In case your company closes a deal with any of the 3 Japanese companies we introduce to you, we expect you to offer a success fee to Sudy & Co. depending on the scope and nature of the business.
