Tomasz brings a unique perspective to the firm, with a background that spans both Japanese academia and industry. It’s a busy time for us—we’re seeing a significant surge in interest between Polish and Japanese companies looking to collaborate, and Tomasz is the perfect person to help lead that growth. Having lived and worked in Japan for years, he’ll be working closely with our clients to bridge the gap between Central & Eastern Europe and the Japanese market, supporting them through cultural, business, and market-entry challenges.
