Tomasz Rydz

Tomasz Rydz is a Polish professional fluent in Japanese and English. He graduated in Japanese Studies from the University of Warsaw and spent one academic year (2014–2015) studying at Josai University in Japan as a JASSO scholarship student.

After graduation, he spent eight years at the Josai University Educational Corporation, serving as Executive Assistant to the Chancellor. In this role, he worked closely with partner universities across Europe, contributing to the development of academic and institutional cooperation between Asia and Europe.

In addition to his academic-sector experience, Tomasz has worked as a Systems Engineer at a Japanese company, where he was involved in developing web applications for agricultural clients. He also holds a Japanese drone operator license.

Tomasz joined Sűdy & Co. Japan in January 2026, where he supports Japanese companies expanding into European markets and assists European companies seeking to enter Japan.
